The VNA & Hospice Foundation was established to enable the VNA to welcome all patients in need, regardless of their financial resources.
The VNA was chartered as a nonprofit home health agency in 1975 by a group of volunteers who later became the first Board of Directors. Since then we have expanded services to include hospice care, private care, and community wellness. Our Community wellness program provides services to the public through our mobile health unit and other community wellness initiatives in order to help keep our community healthy.
